Award-winning Songwriter, Performing Artist, GRAMMY® voting member

Patricia Bahia  (pronounced ba-HEE-yah) is an award-winning songwriter, singer, and mentor/coach with hundreds of song placements in TV shows, promos, and in films and ads. She wrote her first song in 2004 after a cancer diagnosis prompted her to leave her career as a lawyer, trade her briefcases for guitar cases, and start living her bucket list life and helping others to do the same.

Patricia’s songwriting is regularly featured on ABC, CBS, CMT, The CW, ESPN, Fox, NBC, Netflix, Hallmark, Hulu, TVLand, Freeform and MTV; in shows such as Pretty Little Liars, Riverdale, Nashville, Love is Blind, The Kardashians and Selling Sunset; and in ads in the US and Europe for brands such as Aetna, Google Pixel, Target, and Optimum, among many others.

A multi-dimensional artist in her own right, Patricia regularly releases music and performs her empowering and uplifting songs at venues in her home state of California and throughout the United States.

A seasoned collaborator, Patricia is fortunate to work with many talented artists, writers, producers and musicians around the world, including Emmy and Grammy-winners and nominees; Billboard-charting and platinum selling artists and producers; contestants from The Voice, American Idol, America’s Got Talent, and SongLand; as well as to collaborate with and mentor up-and-coming artists and songwriters.

Patricia has been recognized as both an artist and songwriter with top honors and awards from The Peace Song Awards; The West Coast Songwriters International Songwriting Contest; IAMA (International Acoustic Music Awards); The John Lennon Songwriting Contest; The Positive Music Awards among others.
