ICMA 2026 Live Attendee Giveaway – Terms & Eligibility

The InterContinental Music Awards 2026 Online Award Ceremony will include a live attendee giveaway featuring professional music production software and studio gear provided by our official giveaway partners.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the live ceremony, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following giveaway terms and eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

  • Giveaway entry is available only to registered ticket holders of the 2026 InterContinental Music Awards Online Award Ceremony.
  • Each ticket provides one (1) entry into the live attendee giveaway.
  • Winners must be present during the live online ceremony when their name is drawn in order to be eligible to claim a prize.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or have a parent or legal guardian accept the prize on their behalf where permitted by law.
  • ICMA organizers, judges, employees, contractors, sponsors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from winning giveaway prizes.

Prize Drawing

  • Winners will be selected by random drawing during the live online ceremony.
  • If a selected winner is not present or does not respond when called, ICMA reserves the right to select another winner.
  • ICMA’s decisions regarding the giveaway, winner selection, eligibility, and prize fulfillment are final.

Prizes

Giveaway prizes may include professional music production software and studio gear from Native Instruments, Focusrite, Novation, and ADAM Audio.

  • Native Instruments software prizes are available to eligible attendees worldwide, unless otherwise restricted by applicable laws or sponsor requirements.
  • Due to sponsor shipping limitations, physical prizes from Focusrite, Novation, and ADAM Audio will be drawn exclusively from eligible attendees with a valid U.S. shipping address.
  • Prizes are subject to availability and sponsor fulfillment requirements.
  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted by the winner.
  • ICMA reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Winners are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.
  • ICMA is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect information provided by the winner.
  • For physical prizes, shipping is limited to eligible winners with a valid U.S. shipping address.
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other costs related to receiving a prize, where applicable.
  • Some prizes may be fulfilled directly by the sponsoring company.

Winner Announcement and Publicity

  • Winners may be announced during the live ceremony.
  • By accepting a prize, winners grant ICMA permission to use their name, likeness, country, and/or artist name for giveaway-related announcements, promotional posts, website updates, and social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

  • This giveaway is intended as a promotional attendee benefit for the ICMA 2026 Online Award Ceremony.
  • No purchase beyond an event ticket is required to receive the ticket benefits associated with ceremony attendance.
  • ICMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect the integrity or administration of the giveaway.
  • Participation in the giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Giveaway prizes are generously provided by Native Instruments, Focusrite, Novation, and ADAM Audio. Sponsor participation in the giveaway does not imply endorsement of ICMA beyond the giveaway program.
